Our standard turnaround time is 10–14 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Rush options are available for an additional fee.

Yes. If you'd like to supply your own bundles or frontal, we’ll review the hair first to ensure it meets our quality standards. A custom construction fee will still apply.

We offer wig styling, tinting, baby hair customization, and pre-plucked hairlines. If you're local to Summerville, SC, you can book an install appointment through our salon partners. For out-of-town clients, we provide a virtual prep guide so you can slay your install at home or with your stylist.
